Last time Su-33's were being actively launched off the Kuznetsov was during the 2016-2017 Syria Cruise, with Admiral Kuznetsov starting its refit and modernization program soon after upon returning from deployment. As far as I know, this is the lastest footage of Su-33's taking off Kuznetsov and landing at Severomorsk on Feb. 3rd, 2017, nearly a decade ago.
